Description
American Traveler is hiring an X-ray Technician for a Radiology contract requiring 2+ years of experience in Surgery, GI, ER, or General X-ray and ARRT (R) certification.
Details
- Day shift, 8-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
- 40 hours per week
- Every other weekend required
- No floating or on-call requirements
- No holiday coverage required
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Surgery, GI, ER, or General X-ray required; 4+ years preferred
- ARRT (R) certification required
- IEMA license required if applicable
- BLS certification required (American Heart or American Red Cross accepted)
- Epic EMR experience required and must be reflected in employment history
- New graduates will not be considered
Additional Information
- Local candidates accepted at the same rate
- Returning permanent or per diem staff must be away for 12 months before being considered as a traveler
- RTO for 13-week contracts limited to a maximum of 7 days
- Facility conducts a brief interview, typically 10-15 minutes, prior to placement
