Description
American Traveler is hiring an Operating Room RN for a 13-week assignment requiring a CO or compact RN license and at least 3 years of experience.
Details
- Operating Room setting
- 4x10-hour shifts, Tuesday through Friday, 1200-2230
- 13-week assignment
Requirements
- Active, unrestricted RN license in Colorado (or compact) required, or ability to obtain prior to start
- Minimum 3 years of experience required
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) required; BSN or MSN preferred
- Experience at a Joint Commission accredited facility with a formal OR Training Program preferred
- Orthopedic OR experience preferred
- Scrub and circulating experience preferred
- Completion of Periop 101 preferred
- EPIC experience preferred
Additional Information
- No RTO permitted during the assignment
- Must be able to safely function in a high-altitude, low-oxygen environment (8,000 ft elevation)
- Travelers are responsible for securing their own housing in the surrounding area
