Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced OR Circulator RN for a Days position requiring 2+ years of OR experience and an active AR or compact state license.

Details

Main Operating Room setting within a women's hospital
Cases include orthopedic (total shoulders, knee scopes, some totals), hand surgeries, OB/GYN, plastics (breast reconstruction), urology, and robotics (mainly GYN)
4x10-hour day shifts (6:00 AM - 4:30 PM) Monday/Wednesday/Thursday/Friday
On-call responsibilities typically include 1 weekend and 1 weekday shift, dependent upon staffing needs

Requirements

Active RN license (AR state or compact) required
Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
Minimum 2 years of recent OR RN experience required
Certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of assignment start
No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
Valid driver's license and US SSN required for consideration

Additional Information

Function as an OR Circulator supporting a variety of surgical specialties
Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for this travel position
Local candidates within the radius will not be considered
Returning travelers who worked as permanent staff at any CHS facility within the past 2 years will not be considered
RTO requests must be less than 1 week
