Description

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for a night shift assignment requiring 1+ years of experience and ARRT CT certification.

Details

• 3x12 night shift schedule, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, Friday through Sunday
• Works across Outpatient, Inpatient, ED, and ICU settings
• Treats Pediatric, Adolescent, Adult, and Geriatric patients; Neonate and Infant experience preferred
• Performs CT studies including Abdomen and Pelvis, Chest, Head and Neck, Spine, and Musculoskeletal imaging
• Special procedures may include Biopsies, Aspirations, Brain Perfusion, CTA, Drainage, Myelography, and Transplant Studies
• Uses GE and Siemens CT equipment along with PACS
• May float to any campus within the health system as needed

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of CT Technologist experience required
• Current BLS and ARRT CT certification required; license required if applicable
• Experience in Outpatient, Inpatient, ED, and ICU settings required
• Experience with Pediatric, Adolescent, Adult, and Geriatric patient populations required; NICU and PICU experience preferred
• Proficiency with PACS and contrast administration required
• Experience with Biopsies and IV starts preferred
• Epic EMR experience required
• Experience in Level I Trauma, teaching hospital, and community hospital settings preferred
• Calcium scoring/Cardiac CT experience preferred
• Must be able to start peripheral IVs
