Description
American Traveler is hiring an RN for a NICU position requiring a CA RN license and NRP certification.
Details
- Work in the NICU/LDRP setting providing care under the supervision of a Charge Nurse
- Supports Pediatricians, Neonatologists, and Registered Nurses in executing patient care and procedures
- Day shift schedule, 3x12-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
Requirements
- Active CA RN license required
- Current certifications: AHA BLS, NRP, and S.T.A.B.L.E.
- Minimum of 2 years of NICU experience preferred
- 2 supervisor references obtained within the past year required for consideration
Additional Information
- Integrates education, technical competence, and patient interaction skills to deliver safe and precise treatment
- Holiday coverage may be required for New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day, with only one holiday request approved per contract
- Maximum RTO of 7 days per contract
- Must complete lab work within 3-5 days of contract signing
- Returning employees must have been separated for at least 1 year to be eligible to return as a traveler
- Accepts local candidates within a 50-mile radius at the local rate
