Description

American Traveler is hiring an Ultrasound Technologist / Sonographer for a small hospital-based outpatient department, requiring General US with vascular experience.

Details

• Small hospital-based outpatient department with an attached minor ED
• Day shift schedule, 5x8 hours, Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with a 30 minute lunch break
• Rotational call required, including rotational holiday call as scheduled
• Uses PACS and Toshiba equipment

Requirements

• General Ultrasound experience with vascular experience required
• Current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Nursys verification required
• License in-hand required with consideration (license required if applicable)
• Must be able to complete required lab work within 72 hours of accepting an offer or have a plan in place

Additional Information

• Travel experience highly preferred though not required
• Facility conducts its own onsite drug screen upon arrival, including marijuana testing, and a positive result results in automatic cancellation
• Candidates should avoid any products, including CBD, that could result in a positive drug screen
• Local candidates are not accepted and candidates must reside outside a 110 mile radius of the facility
• RTO must be submitted with candidate consideration
