Description
American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for a weekend overnight contract requiring ARRT (R)(CT) certification and trauma experience.
Details
- CT department at a 179-bed medical center
- 13-week contract, Friday-Sunday overnight shifts from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM
- Rotating call requirements
- Equipment includes GE 64, GE 128, and Siemens 128 CT scanners
- Typical procedures include stroke protocols with perfusion, trauma scans, coronary/TAVR CTAs, and biopsies/drains
Requirements
- ARRT (R)(CT) certification required
- BLS certification required
- Texas Medical Board (TMB) license required, if applicable
- CT Registry required
- Trauma experience required
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in CT
Additional Information
- Perform CT imaging including stroke protocols, trauma scans, and cardiac/vascular studies
- Work alongside a small overnight team of 1-2 techs per shift
- Sage green scrub top with black scrub bottoms required, or all-black attire for contract staff
- Black or sage jackets only permitted
- Candidates must live outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be considered
- Local candidates will not be considered under any circumstances
