Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Cardiac Cath Lab position requiring at least 2 years of critical care experience and BLS/ACLS certification.

Details

• Work in the Cardiac Catheterization Lab of a hospital setting
• Critical patient population
• Schedule includes a mix of 2x10-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 5:30 PM) and 2x8-hour shifts (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM), Monday through Friday
• Weekend call required
• On-call requirements of 1-2 days per week and every third weekend
• Floating required

Requirements

• Active RN license (IN or compact) required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in Cardiac Cath Lab or critical care required
• Critical care experience required
• Cath Lab RN experience preferred
• EKG testing required for consideration
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

Additional Information

• Provide nursing care to critical cardiac patients in the Cath Lab setting
• Must reside within a 50-mile radius to be eligible for the local candidate rate
• First-time travelers may be considered
