Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Telemetry/Stepdown position requiring at least 1 year of Med/Surg or telemetry experience and WI or compact RN licensure.
Details
- Work in the Progressive Care Unit of a hospital setting
- Caring for telemetry patients and post-surgical recovery patients
- Night shift schedule from 19:00-07:30
- Every 3rd weekend required with EOH rotation alongside staff
- May need to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed
- Uses EPIC EMR system
Requirements
- Active WI or compact RN license required
- Current certifications: BLS and ACLS (must be AHA)
- Minimum 1 year of Med/Surg experience required
- Telemetry and post-surgical recovery experience required
- EPIC experience required
- Prior travel nursing experience preferred
Additional Information
- Provide telemetry and stepdown nursing care, including recovery of surgical patients
- Radius rule applies which may affect pay rate eligibility for local candidates
