Description

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist with 2+ years of large hospital experience and GE and Siemens scanner proficiency for a contract position in a busy radiology department.

Details

• Large hospital radiology department setting
• Day/Evening shifts, 8-hour shifts starting at 7:00 AM
• Weekend coverage required (Saturday/Sunday, 7am-11pm) for approximately 32 hours per week
• On-call availability offered but not required
• Floating and holiday coverage as needed

Requirements

• ARRT (CT) certification required
• Active state license required, if applicable
• Active BLS certification required (American Heart or American Red Cross accepted)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a large hospital setting
• Experience with GE and Siemens CT scanners required
• Epic EMR experience required and must be reflected in employment history
• Two current professional references from a Supervisor/Manager/Charge within the relevant specialty area, dated within the last year
• A travel reference is preferred

Additional Information

• Local candidates accepted at the same rate
• Facility conducts a brief interview (approximately 10-15 minutes) prior to confirming placement
• Returning permanent or per diem staff must have a 12-month break in service before being eligible to return as a travel contractor
• RTO is limited to a maximum of 3 days for 8-week contracts and 7 days for 13-week contracts
