Description
American Traveler is hiring a Mammography Technologist for a Breast Center requiring 2+ years of US experience and ARRT certification.
Details
- Outpatient Breast Center setting within a 225-bed hospital
- Team of 8 technologists managing daily breast center workload
- Uses Hologic mammography equipment and Epic EMR
- Monday through Friday, 5x8 day shifts from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
- 36 guaranteed hours per week
- No float requirements
- No call requirements
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of recent US experience in mammography
- Active ARRT certification required
- ISDH Tech License required if applicable
- Proficient in general breast procedures
- Experience with Hologic equipment preferred
- No gaps in work history of 90+ days within the past 12 months
Additional Information
- Responsible for completing requested imaging exams in a timely, team-oriented manner
- May be asked to fill in on various shifts if staffing issues arise in the department
- Grey scrubs required
- Reports to 1st floor Radiology, north entrance on first day
- Local candidates within a 50-mile radius accepted at a reduced bill rate
