Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Labor and Delivery position on night shift, requiring NH or compact RN licensure and recent Level 1 or comparable Level 2 trauma experience.
Details
- Work in the Birthing Pavilion unit featuring four labor rooms, one operating room, and separate postpartum facilities
- Unit offers hydrotherapy for pain management during labor
- Includes a nursery for infant testing and post-resuscitation care
- Negative pressure room available on the unit
- 12-hour night shifts from 19:00-07:00
- 48 hours per week schedule
Requirements
- Active RN license (NH or Compact) with proof of state residency required
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum of 1.5 years of recent equivalent L&D experience required
- Recent Level 1 or comparable Level 2 Trauma experience within the last 2 years required
Additional Information
- Provide labor and delivery nursing care including hydrotherapy pain management support
- Support infant testing and post-resuscitation care within the nursery
- Must reside outside a 75-mile radius of the facility to be eligible for consideration
