Description

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist with 6+ months of recent CT experience and Epic EMR experience for an afternoon shift assignment in Rock Island, IL.

Details

• Imaging/CT department in a regional hospital setting
• Caseload of approximately 15-20 cases per day
• Equipment used includes Siemens Somatom and Siemens Go scanners
• Epic EMR used for charting
• 4x10 hour afternoon shifts, Monday-Friday, 1300-2300, with a rotating day off
• Every other weekend required
• No on-call requirements
• Required to float across campuses including Rock Island, Moline, Bettendorf, and Muscatine when needed

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months current/recent CT experience required
• Minimum of 24 months of CT experience on work history/resume
• Active IL radiology license required at time of submission; license required if applicable
• IA radiology license can be applied at time of offer acceptance
• ARRT certification required
• BLS certification required (AHA or ARC)
• Epic EMR experience required
• Experience with Siemens Somatom and Siemens Go equipment required
• CT-specific skills checklist required
• Driver's license required for consideration
• Professional reference from a supervisor/manager within the last 24 months preferred

• Grey scrubs (tops and bottoms, solid color) required
• Required to work 1-2 of 3 upcoming holidays unless the unit is closed
• Candidates must live at least 50 miles from the facility, based on driver's license address
• Past UnityPoint Health employees (FTE or PRN float pool) may be restricted from travel assignments at other UPH markets within 12 months of separation
