Pros
The doctors were approachable and always answered questions.
Cons
There was no full time Lead Echo Tech, no protocols in place, always had to ask someone to ask someone, and then it only takes one alpha nurse to bring down the vibe. The nurse is not a “people person” I was told in interview, but knowing that ahead of time doesn’t make it any easier to be ignored and not answered when asking a question. Unnecessary. To find a full time staff, the regular staff will have to try and include and be kind to travelers. They are in fact just humans, that may want to make Montrose a full time job.
