Are you ready to take your expertise as a cardiovascular technologist to new heights. Join our team as a Cath Lab Tech (Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) and play a vital role on a team that values your expertise while working in Miami, FL. Assist physicians and Cath Lab personnel in diagnostic and interventional procedures. Operate advanced imaging equipment to capture data of the heart and vascular system.
What You'll Need:
- ARRT certified Radiologic Technologist.
- RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) from CCI preferred. This is a preferred qualification.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a hospital Cath Lab setting. Client requires prior hospital Cath Lab experience.
- BLS and ACLS certification required.
- Experience with MacLab, GE, and Philips imaging equipment preferred.
- Familiarity with Meditech documentation system preferred.
- Ability to cover evenings and weekend call as required by the unit.
Assignment Details
- Facility Type: Hospital.
- Unit: Cardiac Cath Lab.
- Shift Name: Days.
- Shift Details: Days 07:00-17:30.
- Patient Ratio: Approximately 3:1.
- Typical Procedures: Diagnostic caths, interventional coronary cases, structural heart procedures, peripheral interventions, and EP cases.
- Equipment: MacLab, GE, Philips.
- Documentation System: Meditech.
- Dress Code: OR scrubs provided.
- Float Requirement: Candidate may be required to float to other facilities as needed.
