Description
Become a vital part of the team as an experienced Computed Tomography Technologist. You will interpret physician scanning instructions, administer contrast agents, and operate CT equipment for a hospital-based radiology department in Charlotte, NC.
Minimum Requirements:
- 2 years CT technologist experience required.
- Completion of a JRCERT-accredited radiologic technology program.
- Current ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology with advanced registry in CT.
- BLS certification.
- Demonstrated experience with multi-phase CT scanning, venous and arterial phase imaging, stroke imaging including perfusion, and CT-guided invasive procedures.
- Experience starting peripheral IVs.
- Familiarity with EPIC (EMR), Epic Radiant (RIS), and Philips iSite (PACS).
- Experience working with Siemens Definition AS 64 and GE VCT 64 CT scanners and Bayer/Medrad power injectors is preferred.
- TeraRecon experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to serve ED, inpatient, observation, and outpatient populations and support anesthesia-assisted CT cases.

- Facility type: Hospital.
- Shift name: Mid Shift.
- Shift hours: 13:00–21:00.
- Shift pattern: 5x8.
- Required skills: ARRT CT registry, BLS, peripheral IV starts, multi-phase and perfusion/stroke protocols.
- Department volume: approximately 68 studies per day on average.
- Traveler radius requirement: candidate's permanent address must be 50 miles outside the home unit.
