Description
Become a vital part of a hospital team in Boston as an experienced Computed Tomography Technologist. You will accurately follow physician scanning instructions, administer contrast agents as indicated, and operate CT scanners to produce diagnostic images in a busy Level 1 trauma and stroke center.
Minimum Requirements:
- 2 years CT technologist experience.
- Completion of a Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) accredited program in Radiology or equivalent.
- Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in CT or Radiography.
- Current BLS certification.
- Experience working in an academic medical center, trauma center, or high-volume hospital environment is required.
- Experience with Siemens and GE CT scanners preferred.
- Experience performing contrast-enhanced CT studies and stroke/acute care protocols preferred.
Assignment Details
- Facility type: Hospital.
- Shift: Mid Shift.
- Shift hours: 11:30 - 23:30.
- Schedule: 36 hours per week with every-other-weekend coverage (days and evening weekend shifts required).
- Department setting: Level 1 trauma and stroke center, high-volume CT department.
