Become a vital part of Jackson HealthPros’ team as an experienced CT Tech. You will accurately interpret a physician’s scanning instructions, administer contrast materials, and operate CT scan equipment for a hospital facility in Houston, TX.

Minimum Requirements:

• 2 years CT Technologist experience.
• Completion of a Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) accredited program in Radiology.
• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in CT. This is required; candidates without ARRT (CT) will not be considered.
• BLS certification.
• Experience working in emergency department (ED), inpatient (IP), and outpatient (OP) CT environments or equivalent clinical exposure covering ED, IP, and OP exams is preferred.
• Experience with fixed CT equipment. Familiarity with Meditech EMR is preferred. Experience in a trauma center, preferably Trauma Level II, is preferred.

Assignment Details

• Facility type: Hospital.
• Shift: Mid Shift. 10:00–20:30.
• Patient population: ED, inpatient, and outpatient CT exams; typical patient ratio 1:1.
• Equipment type: Fixed CT scanners.
• Dress code: Green scrubs.
• EMR: Meditech (Expanse planned to go live 10/9 as noted by the client).
• Floating: Not applicable to this role.
