Description
Become a vital part of a hospital team in Williston, ND as an experienced Computed Tomography Technologist. You will accurately follow physician scanning instructions, administer contrast materials per protocol, operate CT equipment, and support high-quality imaging for adult and pediatric patients.
Minimum Requirements:
- 2 years CT technologist experience.
- Completion of a Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) accredited Radiologic Technology program.
- Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification. ARRT (R) with CT CME requirements met or ARRT (CT) is acceptable.
- BLS (AHA) certification.
- Experience using MEDITECH or similar electronic charting systems preferred.
- Experience with Philips CT scanners preferred. Department uses a Philips 128-slice primary and Philips 16-slice backup with Bracco injectors.
- Experience performing neuro, vascular (CTA), abdominal, trauma, and pediatric CT studies preferred.
- Ability to wear and use a radiation monitoring badge as required.
- Willingness to comply with client radius and employment restrictions: candidates may not have been full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit (including CHI and/or Dignity) within the past 12 months.
- Orientation requirement: completion of department-specific orientation of three 12-hour shifts (12 total orientation hours).

- Shift pattern: 3x12 shifts.
- Weekend requirement: Variable weekends; includes weekend days and variable weekends, with every other holiday requirement.
- Coverage expectations: May be asked to cover x‑ray after hours from 23:30–07:00 when required by volume.
- EMR/PACS: Department uses PACS and a Centralized Response Team Inquire System (CRTIS).
- Orientation: 3 x 12-hour department-specific orientation shifts.
- Scanners/rooms: 1 primary CT room with an additional backup scanner available.
