Description
Become a vital part of the care team as an experienced Computed Tomography Technologist. You will accurately follow physician scanning instructions, administer contrast agents per protocol, and operate CT scanners to produce diagnostic-quality images in a hospital setting.
Minimum Requirements:
- 2 years CT Tech experience.
- Completion of a Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) accredited program in Radiology or equivalent education.
- Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in Radiography and CT or ARRT (CT) required per client notes.
- BLS certification.
- Experience working in a Level 1 trauma center or high-acuity hospital environment preferred.
- Experience with GE CT scanner platforms preferred, including Revolution scanner family and legacy GE platforms.
- Familiarity with EPIC or similar radiology information systems preferred.
Assignment Details:
- Facility Type: Hospital.
- Shift: Other, reported as 0100-0900 in client notes; client also references evening coverage of Mon–Thu 11:00a–9:30p for typical staffing patterns.
- Shift Pattern: Client references 4x10 scheduling.
- Role requires competency supporting Level 1 trauma, stroke, and burn patient imaging.
- Work environment includes multiple CT scanners across emergency, inpatient, and neuro units; candidate may be expected to support these areas.
