Description
Become a vital part of a hospital team in Atlanta, GA as an experienced Computed Tomography Technologist. You will follow physician scanning instructions, administer contrast materials when indicated, and operate CT scanning equipment to deliver diagnostic images for patient care.
Minimum Requirements:
- 2 years CT technologist experience.
- ARRT (CT) certification required.
- Completion of a JRCERT-accredited Radiologic Technology program or equivalent degree.
- BLS certification required.
- Experience working in a Level 1 trauma center, stroke, and burn patient populations preferred.
- Experience with GE CT scanners, including Revolution platform, preferred.
- Familiarity with EPIC or similar electronic medical record systems preferred.
Assignment Details
- Facility type: Hospital.
- Shift name: Days.
- Shift pattern: Friday–Sunday, 12-hour day shifts (3x12 schedule).
- Typical shift hours: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM.
- Patient acuity: Level 1 trauma with stroke and burn care.
- Modality environment: Multiple CT scanners in emergency and inpatient settings; inpatient neuro scanner used overnight.
