Description

Join as an experienced Mammography Technician for a travel assignment in Newton, MA. In this role, you will perform specialized breast imaging examinations to assist in diagnosing and treating breast disease for an area hospital.


Minimum Requirements:

  • ARRT Mammography (M) certification required.
  • MA state radiologic licensure required.
  • Registered Radiologic Technologist in Mammography (RTRM) required.
  • Minimum 2 years of mammography technologist experience preferred. (Preferred)
  • BLS certification required.
  • Experience working in a hospital imaging department preferred.
  • Experience performing diagnostic and screening mammography and positioning for tomosynthesis preferred.


Assignment Details

  • Facility type: Hospital.
  • Shift pattern: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 08:00–17:30; Friday 07:00–16:30 (36 hours). Option to add every Saturday 4 hours to make 40 hours.
  • Shift name: Other.
  • Start date: contingent on credentialing clearance; rescheduled if credentialing not complete by posted start.
