Description
We’re hiring an experienced Respiratory Therapist for a local hospital in Miami, FL where you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the treatment, care, and needs of patients with breathing disorders.
Minimum Requirements:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree from a Respiratory Therapy or Cardiopulmonary Science program.
- Current Florida state license in good standing (State license required).
- Must be a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT).
- Minimum one year of experience as an RRT with critical care experience. Must have experience with ventilators and arterial blood gas (ABG) interpretation.
- BLS certification required.
- Experience with Meditech documentation system preferred.
- Royal blue scrubs dress code required. (Preferred items are noted as preferred.)

- Shift hours: 07:00–19:00.
- Unit: Respiratory Therapy.
- Documentation system: Meditech.
- Must be able to manage ventilators and perform ABG procedures as part of unit responsibilities.
- May be required to float to other facilities as needed.
