Description
Are you ready to take your expertise as a cardiovascular technologist to new heights. Join our team as a Cath Lab Tech (Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) and play a vital role on a team that values your expertise while working in a new location. Assist physicians and Cath Lab personnel in performing diagnostic and interventional procedures. Operate advanced imaging equipment to capture critical data of the heart and vascular system.
What You'll Need:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Cath Lab or interventional/diagnostic cardiac environment. (Client requires minimum of 2 years within specialty.)
- Associate degree in health science or completion of an accredited cardiovascular technology or radiologic technology program. (Client notes CVT/Radiology or equivalent.)
- AART or RCIS certification required. (Client lists AART or RCIS.)
- American Heart Association BLS required. ACLS preferred.
- Experience with procedures including left and right heart catheterization, high-risk PCI, pacemaker implants, peripheral procedures, and structural heart interventions. Familiarity with devices such as ECMO and EKOS is preferred.
- State licensure when required by Georgia regulations.

- Shift Details: Days 0600-1700 (4x10 schedule)
- Schedule: Monday through Friday; typical start approx. 0600 with end approx. 1700 (confirm exact facility start/end times during interview).
- Procedure types: Cardiac cath lab procedures including diagnostic and interventional cases, pacemakers, peripheral and structural cases.
- Floating: May be required to float between units within the hospital system as needed.
