Description
Become a vital part of the team as an experienced Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist. You will accurately follow physician scanning instructions, administer IV contrast per protocol, and operate Siemens and GE CT scanners in a high-acuity hospital setting. You will support a busy Level 1 trauma and stroke center and contribute to timely, high-quality patient care.
Minimum Requirements:
- 2 years CT Technologist experience working in an acute care or hospital setting, preferably in a Level 1 trauma and stroke center.
- Completion of a Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) accredited program in Radiologic Technology or equivalent.
- Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in CT or RT(R) with CT registry eligible status as required by employer.
- Current BLS certification.
- Demonstrated experience operating Siemens and GE CT scanners preferred.
- Experience with contrast administration and CTA protocols preferred.
- Ability to work in a high-volume, academic medical center environment preferred.

- Facility type: Hospital.
- Shift name: Mid Shift.
- Shift hours: 11:30 - 23:30.
- Typical days: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday.
- 40 hours per week.
- Work environment: 1000+ bed academic medical center, Level 1 trauma and stroke center.
- Department support: Well-supported CT department with a mix of Siemens and GE CT equipment.
