Become a vital part of a hospital CT team in Orange Park, FL as an experienced Computed Tomography Technologist. You will perform standard CT examinations, administer contrast per physician orders, operate CT scanners, and support timely patient care for emergency, stroke, and trauma cases.

Minimum Requirements:

• Client requirements: ARRT CT certification, active Florida license, BLS.
• Required experience: Minimum 1 year of CT technologist experience.
• Demonstrated GE CT experience. Experience with Siemens is beneficial.
• Experience supporting trauma and stroke protocols in an acute care/hospital environment.
• Experience with Meditech and GE Centricity documentation systems preferred.
• Advanced imaging/reformat skills preferred. TerraRecon or reformat experience on another platform preferred.
• Completion of an accredited radiologic technology program (JRCERT or equivalent) preferred.

Assignment Details:

• Facility type: Hospital.
• Shift name: Nights.
• Shift hours: 1900-0730.
• Schedule pattern: Mon–Thu 2100–0730 staffing needs noted; department operates 4x10s with no weekends for this unit.
• Unit staffing: Typically two technologists on overnight shift.
• Equipment: GE and Siemens CT scanners on site.
• Documentation systems: Meditech and GE Centricity.
• Floating: Candidate may be required to float to main department as needed.
• Procedures: Standard non-invasive CT exams. No invasive CT procedures required for this shift.
• Patient care expectations: AIDET communication, timely turnaround for ER, stroke, and trauma cases.
