Description
Are you ready to take your expertise as a cardiovascular technologist to a high-performing cath lab in Denver, CO. Join a hospital-based team as a Cath Lab Tech (Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) and support physicians and cath lab staff in diagnostic and interventional procedures. Operate advanced imaging and monitoring systems to capture critical cardiac and vascular data and assist in a variety of cases including coronary, structural, EP, and peripheral procedures.
What You’ll Need:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience working in a hospital cath lab setting. (Client requires 1-2 years cath lab experience.)
- ARRT preferred.
- RCIS or RCES preferred. Electrophysiology (EP) experience is required for some procedures and is highly desirable.
- BLS and ACLS certification (American Heart Association preferred).
- Familiarity with GE and Philips imaging systems, Carto, GE MACLab, CardioLab, and Meditech EMR preferred.
- State licensure as required by Colorado.
Assignment Details
- Facility Type: Hospital.
- Shift Name: Days.
- Shift Details: Days 06:30-16:00.
- Schedule Pattern: 4 x 9-hour shifts.
- Rotating Weekends: 1-2 weekends in a 6-week schedule.
- Call Requirement: 1-2 nights on call in a 6-week schedule.
- May be asked to float to other facilities if required by the client.

Procedures Commonly Performed on Unit
- Left heart catheterization (LHC) and percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI), including complex PCI.
- Structural procedures such as TAVR, PFO closure, and LAAO.
- Peripheral procedures, renal denervation, PE/DVT thrombectomy.
- EP ablations and device implants.
