Assist physicians and cath lab personnel in conducting diagnostic tests and procedures. Operate advanced imaging equipment to capture crucial images and data of the heart and vascular system. Provide patient care before, during, and after procedures and adhere to radiation safety and regulatory standards.

What You'll Need:

• ARRT certification in Radiography (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) required prior to hire.
• Radiology technologist licensure issued by Illinois Emergency Management Agency required in combination with ARRT.
• Cardiographic Tech credential from Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) required prior to hire or job transfer.
• BLS Provider certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross required.
• High school diploma or equivalent with 1–2 years cumulative relevant experience, OR associate/technical degree, OR four years applicable cumulative job-specific experience required.
• Experience performing specialized interventional imaging procedures including angiography, complex vascular, and nonvascular interventional and therapeutic procedures in a hospital cath lab setting.
• Experience preparing and administering contrast media and medications within accepted scope of practice and regulations.
• Ability to monitor patients during procedures and to follow and recommend protocol updates as warranted.
• Preferred: Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) credential from CCI.
• Preferred: ACLS certification (American Heart Association preferred).

• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Details: Days 07:00–15:30. Weekend coverage required.
• Start: 13-week assignment beginning 05/11/2026.
• On-call expectation: Clinicians required to take on-call; approximately 16–18 days on-call per 6-week schedule.
