Description
Become a vital part of a hospital team in Atlantis, FL as an experienced Computed Tomography Technologist. You will interpret physician scan orders, administer contrast agents, and operate CT equipment to produce diagnostic images that support patient care.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) CT certification.
- Current Florida State Department of Health license.
- BLS certification.
- Minimum 2 years of CT technologist experience in an acute care or hospital setting.
- Experience with GE imaging equipment preferred.
- Experience using Meditech or similar EMR systems preferred.
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotation as required by the facility (call expectation noted in unit information).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience performing CT, MRI, X-ray and body scanning procedures.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams including radiologists and physicians.
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Assignment Details
- Shift hours: 11:00 to 23:30.
- Scrub color: black (must provide own scrubs).
- Call requirement: 4–6 shifts per month as part of department on-call.

Impacting Patient Care
As a CT technologist in this role you will support an acute care hospital that provides cardiovascular, neuroscience, oncology, orthopedics, bariatrics and women’s services. The department uses GE imaging equipment and Meditech EMR to deliver diagnostic imaging services. Your work will contribute to accurate diagnosis and treatment planning in a teaching hospital environment.
