Description
Become a vital part of a Pueblo, CO hospital as an experienced CT Technologist. You will accurately follow physician scanning instructions, administer contrast materials, and operate CT equipment to perform routine and advanced CT imaging studies for patient care.
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 2 years of CT technologist experience.
- Completion of a JRCERT-accredited program in Radiologic Technology or equivalent education.
- Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in Radiography and CT (ARRT (R) and ARRT (CT)).
- Current BLS (AHA) certification.
- Experience using EPIC Radiant and Synapse PACS for charting and image management.
- Experience performing routine CT exams including Head, Chest, Abdomen/Pelvis, CTA Head/Chest, and Calcium Scoring.
- Experience with GE CT scanners preferred.
- Ability to start IVs as part of clinical responsibilities.
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays as required. Call or standby is not required.
- Agency must provide traveler radiation badge; facility will not provide.
- Preferred: 12 hours of department-specific orientation completed when onsite as required.

- Average studies per day: 30-40.
- Number of CT scanners/rooms: 2 (GE equipment).
- Float requirement: No floating to other areas.
