Description
Become a vital part of Jackson HealthPros’ team as an experienced CT Technologist. You will follow physician scanning instructions, administer contrast agents, and operate CT equipment to produce diagnostic images for a hospital-based free-standing emergency department.
Minimum Requirements:
- 2 years CT technologist experience.
- Completion of a Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) accredited program in Radiology.
- Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in Radiography or CT.
- Current state radiologic technologist license for South Carolina (SCQRSA) or eligibility to obtain.
- BLS certification.
- Experience with GE 64-slice CT scanners and digital radiography equipment preferred.
- Proficiency in both CT and diagnostic radiography required.
- Experience with Meditech or similar electronic documentation systems preferred.
Assignment Details
- Facility type: Hospital — Free-Standing Emergency Department.
- Shift: Days.
- Shift hours: 07:00–19:00.
- Typical workload: independent coverage with average 10–20 CT exams per shift.
- Call expectations: approximately 2 call shifts per month.
