What You'll Need:

• ARRT certified Radiologic Technologist.
• Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) certification from CCI preferred.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a Cath Lab hospital or high-acuity cath lab setting. Critical care experience required.
• Experience with Impella and IABP required.
• Experience titrating drips independently.
• ACLS required.
• State-specific licensing when required.
• Experience with advanced cath lab equipment preferred: OCT, IVUS, Shockwave, Impella, IABP, pacers, Rota, CSI, Opsens, CathWorks, Penumbra.
• Familiarity with EMR systems such as Sunrise/Allscripts and procedural systems such as Mac Lab preferred.

Assignment Details

• Facility type: Outpatient.
• Shift name: Days.
• Shift hours: 07:00–17:30.
• Shift days: Days of week include weekdays; position includes call responsibilities as described below.
• Call: Self-scheduled call, roughly one weekday and one weekend per month. Call begins 16:30 and ends 07:30 the following morning; weekend call spans 16:30 Friday to 07:30 Monday.
• Unit configuration: 3 cath labs, inpatient holding area, and outpatient radial lounge.
• Floating: None required.

Procedures and Unit Details

• Common procedures: left and right heart catheterizations, stent/angioplasty, TAVR, TMVR, ASD/PFO closures, atherectomy (Rota, CSI, Shockwave), mechanical thrombectomy (INARI, EKOS), MitraClip, IABP, Impella support, pressure and temporary wires, VSD repair support, CardioMEMS monitoring.
• Patient population: Adult.
• Typical team composition: Cath lab staffing includes multiple tech and RN positions with a dedicated radial lounge staffing model operating extended hours.
• Attire: Ceil blue scrubs provided by the facility.
