We’re hiring an experienced Respiratory Therapist for a local healthcare provider where you’ll be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the treatment, care, and needs of patients with breathing disorders.

Minimum Requirements:

• Associate or bachelor’s degree from a Respiratory Therapy or Cardiopulmonary Science program.
• Current state respiratory therapist license in good standing with the Colorado State Board of Respiratory Care.
• Minimum 1 year current acute care RRT hospital experience. Client requires at least one year of acute care hospital Respiratory Therapist experience.
• BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required.
• Experience with mechanical ventilators. Familiarity with Hamilton G5 and C1 ventilators preferred.
• Experience working with Meditech or similar hospital EMR preferred.
• Preferred: NICU/Peds experience and Level 1 trauma experience.

• Shift hours: 17:30–06:00.
• Typical patient ratios: approximately 10:1 on unit.
• Required competencies: ventilator management, breathing treatments, ventilator assessments.
• Equipment: Hamilton G5 and C1 ventilators in use.
