Become a vital part of a hospital team in Concord, NC as an experienced Computed Tomography Technologist. You will accurately follow physician scanning instructions, administer contrast materials per protocol, and expertly operate CT equipment in a high-volume acute care environment serving emergency, inpatient, and outpatient populations. This position supports a Level III trauma center and teaching hospital with a focus on patient-centered care and team accountability.

Minimum Qualifications:

• ARRT-CT certification required.
• Minimum of 3 years CT technologist experience in a high-volume acute care setting, including ED and inpatient populations.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience working with Siemens and GE CT equipment preferred.
• Familiarity with EPIC or other major EMR systems preferred.
• Photo ID required as part of compliance process.
• NC state licensure not required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Level III trauma center preferred.
• Experience in a teaching hospital environment preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 2030 - 0700.
• Schedule cycle: every 4 weeks.
• Orientation: 3-5 days departmental depending on modality.
• Holiday expectations: Travelers will work 75% of holidays.

Impacting Patient Care

As a CT Technologist on this assignment, you will support high-acuity care in a 457-licensed-bed teaching hospital. The department serves ED, inpatient, and outpatient areas and supports chest pain and stroke center initiatives. You will collaborate with radiology nursing and transport staff to deliver efficient diagnostic imaging services.
