Description
Become a vital part of a Charlotte, NC hospital as an experienced Computed Tomography Technologist. You will perform CT procedures according to physician orders, administer contrast agents, operate Siemens CT equipment, and produce diagnostic images for emergency department and outpatient populations. The role requires dual-modality skills in diagnostic radiography and CT, intravenous contrast administration, and 3D rendering proficiency. Orientation includes facility NEO plus two departmental days. Parking is provided.
Minimum Qualifications
- Current ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology with advanced registry in CT.
- BLS certification.
- Minimum 1 year CT technologist experience in ED or radiology settings.
- Experience with Siemens CT equipment (required).
- Experience performing IV contrast administration and 3D rendering using TerraRecon (required).
- Must meet facility radius rule: permanent address must be at least 50 miles from the home unit.
Preferred Qualifications
- Dual-modality Radiology (DX)/CT technologist experience.
- Experience working in emergency department or outpatient imaging environments.
Assignment Details
- Wednesday through Friday, 1900–0730.
- Potential to float to other facilities as needed.
- Departmental orientation: 2 days.
