Become a vital part of a Richmond, VA hospital as an experienced Computed Tomography Technologist. You will accurately follow physician scanning instructions, administer contrast materials, and operate CT equipment to deliver quality diagnostic imaging for patients in a hospital environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2+ years CT technologist experience.
• Completion of a JRCERT-accredited radiologic technology program or equivalent education.
• Current ARRT certification in CT.
• Current BLS certification.
• Valid Virginia state license.
• Experience performing all CT procedures including neuro studies and perfusion imaging.
• Experience with GE CT scanners.
• Experience using Meditech or similar electronic documentation systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous hospital CT unit experience at a high-volume center.
• Familiarity with a three-scanner CT department workflow.
• Experience with patient-focused service models and departmental policies.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 1100 - 2330.
• Mid shift schedule.
• Floating required per facility floating policy.

Impacting Patient Care

Work as part of a hospital CT team to provide accurate diagnostic imaging that supports timely clinical decision making. You will contribute to patient care across a 466-bed facility, using advanced CT equipment to perform a full range of CT studies.
