We’re hiring an experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist for a home health provider in Davenport, IA. The clinician will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate treatment and care for patients with breathing disorders in a community-based setting. The position requires independent clinical judgment, strong patient education skills, and the ability to coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associate or bachelor’s degree from an accredited Respiratory Therapy or Cardiopulmonary Science program.
• Current state Respiratory Therapist license in good standing with the Iowa licensing board.
• One year of experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Experience providing respiratory care in home health or community-based settings preferred.
• Experience with ventilator management, oxygen therapy, and pulmonary function testing preferred.
• Ability to travel within assigned service area and provide care in patients’ homes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced certifications such as Neonatal/Pediatric Specialty (if applicable) or Certified Pulmonary Function Technologist preferred.
• Prior experience with electronic medical records and documentation in home health settings preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 1800–0630.
• Every other week schedule noted (EOW) and works one holiday.
• Position requires providing care in patients’ homes and may require travel within the service area.
