Join our skilled team of imaging professionals as an Interventional Radiology (IR) Technologist in Denver, CO. Use your expertise to perform invasive diagnostic and interventional procedures. You will operate and assure quality of imaging equipment, assist with patient monitoring, and support interventional teams in a fast-paced hospital interventional lab.

Minimum Qualifications

• ARRT Radiography (R) certification required.
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum 6 months current acute care hospital IR Tech experience required.
• Experience with vascular interventional radiology procedures.
• Experience with fluoroscopic angiography systems (Siemens bi-plane and single-plane experience preferred).
• Experience using Meditech and GE Centricity PACS preferred.
• State radiologic technologist license for Colorado required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Two years of IR technologist experience with references preferred.
• Neuro-interventional experience (stroke interventions, aneurysm treatment, SAH) preferred.
• Experience working in Level 1 trauma centers or comprehensive stroke centers preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 07:00–17:30 with alternating schedule variations (examples: 07:00–17:30 and 07:30–16:30).
• Unit has 5 interventional radiology suites and typical staffing of 2 IR techs and 1 IR RN.
• On-call requirement: approximately 1 night per week and 1 rotating weekend per month, with possible holiday coverage.
• Typical procedures include neurointerventional stroke and aneurysm procedures and vascular interventional procedures such as embolizations, gastrostomy, and nephrostomy.
