Become a vital part of a hospital radiology team in Asheville, NC as an experienced Computed Tomography Technologist. You will interpret physician scanning instructions, administer contrast materials, and operate CT equipment to produce diagnostic and invasive imaging studies. Work with interdisciplinary teams to support trauma, stroke, neuro, cardiac, pediatric, MSK, and body imaging needs.

Minimum Requirements:

• 2 years CT technologist experience.
• Completion of a JRCERT-accredited radiologic technology program.
• Current ARRT (R) certification.
• BLS certification.
• Skills in all areas of CT imaging including diagnostic and invasive procedures.
• Experience with ED trauma and stroke imaging.
• Experience with GE CT platforms and Medrad injectors preferred.
• Familiarity with Cerner, PACS, or similar radiology information systems preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Cardiac CT experience preferred.
• Pediatric imaging experience preferred.
• Venipuncture experience preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 0900 - 1730.
• Shift Days: Days.
• Possible weekend shift rotation.
• Possible rotation to other shifts.
• Potential on-call requirement up to 12 hours per month.
• May be required to float to other facilities as needed.
