Operate advanced GE imaging equipment and utilize Meditech and MacLab documentation systems to capture crucial images and patient data. Work in a 4-room cath lab with a multidisciplinary team focused on patient-centered care and professional development.

Minimum Qualifications

• ARRT certified Radiologic Technologist.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• State-specific professional licensing when required.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a hospital-based Cath Lab setting.
• Neuro procedural experience required.
• Experience with GE cath lab rooms and MacLab documentation preferred.
• RCIS (Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) and ARRT credentials preferred.
• Willingness to participate in on-call/call rotation as required by the unit (call volume may include STEMI coverage).

Preferred Qualifications

• RCIS certification from CCI preferred.
• Previous experience in fast-paced or high-volume cath lab environments preferred.
• Previous travel assignment experience preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 0700-1730.
• Work schedule includes day shift staffing patterns with multiple staff per room.
• Call requirements: may include up to 15 days of call during critical periods and STEMI call coverage.
• Documentation systems used: Meditech and MacLab.
• Equipment: GE cath lab rooms.

As a traveling Cath Lab Tech, you will provide essential support for cardiac and neurovascular procedures, including diagnostic angiography, stent placements, and balloon angioplasty. Your role will support a team that maintains 1:1 patient ratios in procedural rooms and emphasizes daily huddles, strong professional relationships with leadership, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
