Become a vital part of a healthcare team as an experienced CT Technologist in Idaho Falls, ID. You will accurately follow physician scanning instructions, administer contrast materials when indicated, and operate CT equipment to produce diagnostic images for patient care in a hospital setting. This role requires attention to radiation safety, patient positioning, and clear documentation of procedures.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in CT required.
• Minimum 1 year CT trauma experience required.
• Minimum 1 year CT stroke experience required.
• Completion of a Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) accredited radiologic technology program.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience operating GE CT scanners (including GE Optima and GE Revolution/EVO series) preferred.
• Experience with Meditech documentation system preferred.
• Ability to float to cover open shifts as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with pediatric CT exams preferred.
• Familiarity with advanced CT applications and protocols preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 1600-0200.
• Schedule: Four 4:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. shifts per week, 40 hours per week.
• Department staffed 24/7; may be asked to float to cover open shifts.
• Equipment used: GE Optima 64-slice and GE Revolution EVO 64-slice CT scanners.
