Description
Become a vital part of a healthcare team in Overland Park, KS as an experienced CT Technologist. You will accurately follow physician scanning instructions, administer contrast materials when indicated, and operate CT imaging equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic studies in an outpatient setting. Strong patient care skills and the ability to work in a trauma-capable environment are required.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2 years CT technologist experience.
- Completion of a JRCERT-accredited radiologic technology program or equivalent education.
- Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification with CT credential required.
- Current state radiologic technologist license for Kansas.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Experience operating GE CT systems, specifically GE Optima series, required.
- Experience with trauma protocols and emergency imaging required.
- Experience with McKesson PACS and Meditech documentation systems preferred.
- Ability to wear required uniform (black scrubs) and meet facility dress standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous outpatient imaging or hospital CT unit experience preferred.
- Demonstrated flexibility to support variable unit staffing and workflow preferred.
Assignment Details
- Shift hours: 20:00–06:30.
- Float requirement: may be required to float to other facilities as needed.
