Description
Jackson HealthPros is seeking a Radiologic Technologist (Diagnostic Radiology) for a hospital in Pontiac, MI. The Radiologic Technologist will perform a variety of radiographic procedures to produce high-quality diagnostic images while ensuring patient safety and comfort. The role requires adherence to departmental protocols, accurate image acquisition and documentation, and collaboration with radiologists and clinical staff to support patient care.
Minimum Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
- Current ARRT certification and state licensure as required by law.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- 2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist / X-Ray Technologist.
- Experience working in a hospital radiology department, including diagnostic radiography procedures and routine patient positioning.
- Experience with digital radiography equipment and PACS systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience working night shifts in an acute care environment.
- Experience with mobile radiography and trauma imaging.
- Additional certifications or modalities (CT, MRI) are preferred but not required.
Assignment Details
- Shift hours: 2100-0730.
- Schedule includes every other weekend (EOW) coverage.
