Become a vital part of Jackson HealthPros’ team as an experienced CT Tech! You’ll accurately interpret a physician’s scanning instructions, administer contrast materials, and expertly operate CT scan equipment for an area healthcare facility.

Minimum Requirements:

• 2 years CT Tech experience 
• Completion of a Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) accredited program in Radiology
• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification
• BLS certification
• ARRT CT required
• CT & Xray experience required
• NM license required

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM
• Shift days: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and every other Saturday
• Call required: 4 days of call per month
• Assignment length: 13 weeks

Location Highlights

Carlsbad, New Mexico offers access to Carlsbad Caverns National Park, which is about 30 minutes from the city, and the Pecos River runs through town with recreation areas at Lake Carlsbad Beach Park. The Living Desert Zoo and Gardens State Park is located on the north side of Carlsbad, and the downtown area includes the Carlsbad Museum and Art Center and the Pecos Riverwalk. Brantley Lake State Park sits about 15 miles north of Carlsbad and supports boating, fishing, and camping, while Guadalupe Mountains National Park in Texas is roughly 55 miles south for day-trip hiking. The city offers a quieter lifestyle with regional air service through Cavern City Air Terminal and road access via US-62/180 and US-285.
