Description

RN Home Health - Hot Springs, AR - Local or Traveler

Speech Language Pathologist to cover service area of Garland County, Hot Spring County and Grant County. with weekly productivity of at least 15 units.

13 weeks, Mon -Fri, 8am - 5pm, 40 hours per week

Home health required
HCHB desired
Must have OASIS experience
On call if requested
No guarantee, FT available

Qualifications: HCHB, Oasis, and HH experience required

Skills
Homecare Homebase Software Experience - Required
OASIS Experience - Required
Current state license as a Registered Nurse - Required
CHPN certification - Preferred
Proof of current CPR certification - Required
Current driver's license - Required
Must have reliable transportation and insurance - Required
1-2 years experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical care setting - Required
2+ years Home health experience - Required.

Education
Graduate of an accredited Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program - Required
Bachelors of Science in Nursing - Preferred
