Location: Battle Creek, MI | Duration: 13 Weeks | Shift: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM | Hours: 40/Week | Call: None
Requirements
Home Health experience required
Active Michigan PT License
BLS (AHA) required
Active, unrestricted driver's license
Weekend rotation every 4-6 weeks
No floating
Position
Provide physician-prescribed physical therapy to home health patients to improve function, strength, mobility, relieve pain, and promote independence.
Up to 26 weeks available - indicate preferred assignment length in submission.
