• Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm with every other weekend rotation
• Full-time hours with weekday off during rotation weeks
• Home health position requiring previous home health experience
• Comprehensive neurological patient care experience required
• Multiple care settings including acute, outpatient, and rehabilitation
• Focus on post-stroke, TBI, and spinal cord injury rehabilitation
• Experience with MS, Parkinson's, and muscular dystrophy patients required
• Cognitive disorder management experience needed

Per week (based on a 40-hour week). Includes estimated taxable wages of $21.23 - $50.33 per hour and estimated tax-free reimbursements for meals, incidentals, and housing of $900 - $1,400 per week based on GSA guidelines (subject to eligibility, location, and seasonal adjustment).
