🏥 RN-Case Manager - Travel

⏰ Hours: 40 Hours/ Week

✨ Position Details
We are looking for an experienced RN- Case Manager to join our team.
Requirements:
- Active California RN license.
- Recent RN Case Management experience in an acute-care hospital setting.
- BLS certification required.
- Strong knowledge of discharge planning, care coordination, and healthcare resource utilization.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with interdisciplinary teams and electronic medical records.
💵 Compensation
W2: $36/hour on W2
Stipend: $1,512/Weekly
Gross Weekly: $2,952/Weekly
