Flexible shifts with majority of work hours Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm
Every 3rd weekend requirement
Home health setting for adult care
Common patient diagnoses include orthopedic conditions, strokes, joint issues, and spinal injuries
Must have experience with Oasis government-mandated form
One year experience required, home setting experience preferred
BLS certification required
1.5 to 2 weeks floor-specific orientation provided

Per week (based on a 40-hour work week). Includes estimated taxable wages of $23.00 - $41.35 per hour and estimated tax-free reimbursements for meals, incidentals, and housing of $900 - $1,400 per week based on GSA guidelines (subject to eligibility, location, and seasonal adjustment).
