5x8s Monday through Friday schedule with 40 guaranteed hours
6 visits per day
Home health setting
Adult neuro, ortho, and medically complex patients
2 years experience required
No call and no weekend requirements
First-time travelers accepted

Per week (based on a 40-hour work week). Includes estimated taxable wages of $23.00 - $41.35 per hour and estimated tax-free reimbursements for meals, incidentals, and housing of $900 - $1,400 per week based on GSA guidelines (subject to eligibility, location, and seasonal adjustment).
